AYFA Oud is operated by SA GROUPS LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company, and these terms are an agreement between you and SA GROUPS LLC.

AYFA Oud has two stores. The retail store at ayfaoud.com is open to anyone. The wholesale store at ayfaoud.com/wholesale is intended for retailers, resellers and businesses buying to sell on.

Using this site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

Give accurate contact and delivery details. Orders have gone astray for no better reason than an address typed in a hurry.

We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the site, to place orders in bad faith, or in breach of these terms.

Retail prices are shown to everyone and have no minimum quantity or order total. Wholesale prices are shown to signed-in account holders on the wholesale store, where minimum order quantities apply and there is a minimum order total shown at checkout.

Placing an order on either store requires an account. Where a first-order discount is offered, it applies once per customer, to the first order that is not cancelled, and is shown at checkout.

We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to an order is the price shown when the order is placed.

Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes and duties, where they apply, are your responsibility unless we say otherwise in writing.

An order placed on the site is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it, and we may decline an order — including for stock, pricing errors or delivery reasons — in which case nothing is charged.

Cash on delivery is available across the United States. Other arrangements are by agreement.

We will give a delivery estimate where we can, but estimates are not guarantees and delays outside our control happen.

Check your order when it arrives and tell us promptly about anything damaged, missing or wrong, so we can put it right.

Tell us about a damaged, defective or incorrect item as soon as you receive it and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Fragrance is consumable, so opened products cannot generally be returned simply because they were not wanted, and opened wholesale stock cannot be returned simply because it did not sell. Talk to us — we would rather find a workable answer.

We describe products as accurately as we can. Natural oud varies between batches in colour, viscosity and scent; that variation is a property of the material rather than a fault.

Photographs and marketing videos are illustrative. Some marketing imagery is produced with AI tools from our own photographs of the actual product.

Nothing sold here is a medicine. No product is offered as a treatment for any condition.

The content of this site — text, photographs, video and branding — belongs to AYFA Oud. You may use product imagery to resell the products you have bought from us. You may not present yourself as us, or use our branding for anything else, without written permission.

Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms that apply to an order are the ones in force when it was placed.
